In 1999 The Fitness Solution opened to work with those looking for one on one and/or group fitness and wellness programs, as well as guidance to optimize health and healing. Therapeutic bodywork and online exercise classes are the core services provided. 

Offering fitness programs for seniors has become a popular specialty.

Classes We Offer

Stretch n Tone 60 min.

Core/Abs 35 min.

Core/Abs 35 min.

This is a chair exercise program, adaptable for all fitness levels. This class is a full body program that focuses on flexibility and range of motion for 30 minutes. The second half of class focuses on upper and lower body strengthening exercises as well as balance.

Offered 3 days per week.

This class is a mat exercise program for a moderate to a more advanced fitness level. The class moves through a full number of exercises to isolate the various abdominal and core muscles with the goal to build trunk mobility, core strength and trunk stability.

This combination class begins with chair exercises to warm up and activate joints and muscles.  A short upper body strengthening sequence follows. The remainder of the class includes 30 minutes of low impact aerobics and a cool down stretching period.

This is an educational program offered periodically to address a wide variety of health, wellness and fitness topics. It is typically scheduled as series of interactive discussions. This provides a platform for class participants to ask questions about health topics of interest.
